What are Chase Cocking's coaching rates?

Sessions are $100 for individuals and $135 for couples. Sessions run 50 minutes, in person in Colorado Springs or via telehealth.

What happens after I reach out?

You'll get a response to set up your first confidential session. No pressure and no obligation — just a conversation about what's going on and whether coaching is the right fit. Chase Cocking's calendar does fill, so reaching out sooner makes scheduling easier.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Your message, your sessions, and the fact that you reached out at all stay private. Telehealth sessions let you meet from wherever you have privacy.
